About

Have you considered a wellness-oriented approach to mental health? You are not your problems. But you might be dealing with a life situation that involves things like stress, trauma, depression, isolation, disconnectedness, confusion, anger, anxiety...loss of meaning. I believe you can benefit from exploring your strengths. This begins with a plan. Do you have a plan for your own wellness? You are the world's expert on this! My goal is to help you understand and act effectively and immediately to achieve centeredness and fulfillment. I am here for you.
I believe that you have everything you need to reach fulfillment. I work with you on your own terms. I seek to help find the right resources for your needs. My orientation involves respect for neuroscience, affect regulation, active imagination, holistic health, spirituality, narrative therapy, wellness, CBT, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
My mission is to help you tell the life story that reveals how you are the hero you really are. As a counselor, I want to be the person you trust and can rely on to be there for you: to be the compassionate other; to be with you to explore the passages leading to here-and-now; to find, develop, and celebrate the wealth of meaning your life holds.
