Rooted in contemplative psychotherapy, my work supports nervous system regulation by bringing awareness to emotions and their physical expression. This can help you develop insight, self-compassion, and stability, even in the midst of uncertainty. I’m not here to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your own clarity, resilience, and inherent wisdom.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade as an international corporate attorney. I understand the demands of high-performance environments, as well as the deeper questions that can arise when success doesn’t feel like enough. I approach therapy primarily through the lens of contemplative psychotherapy, a modality that emerged in the 1970's through a dialogue between Tibetan Buddhist master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and western psychologists like Ed Podvoll. I have a daily practice of meditation and yoga that brings me present-moment awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion, all of which I use in my work with clients.
