Whether you are seeking individual or couple's therapy, welcome! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, or just plain exhausted, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. I don’t see my role as ‘fixing’ you, but as helping you reconnect with your own basic goodness and inherent wisdom. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where we work together on the goals that matter most to you—whether that’s easing anxiety or depression, navigating life changes, or shifting painful patterns. I trust your lived experience, and my job is to support your healing by accessing the clarity and wellbeing already within you.

My work is rooted in contemplative psychotherapy, which helps regulate your nervous system by exploring emotions and their associated physical sensations. This gentle, effective approach grants insight, self-compassion and resilience in the face of life’s struggles, whether they stem from trauma, grief, relationship issues or other painful experiences.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, isolation, high stress (especially job-related), addiction, grief, and therapy as wellness. Being a psychotherapist is how I have chosen to serve my community, honor right livelihood, and contribute to the collective project of humankind. I approach therapy primarily through the lens of contemplative psychotherapy, a modality that emerged in the 1970's through a dialogue between Tibetan Buddhist master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and western psychologists like Ed Podvoll. I have a daily practice of meditation and yoga that brings me present-moment awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion, all of which I use in my work with clients.
