We specialize in therapy for children and adolescents (sometimes adults). Our seasoned clinicians draw on a broad, research-supported toolkit: CBT, DBT skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness/grounding, parent training, and play-based work for young children. Our services are matched to you, not a one-size-fits-all script.
