I have been practicing for over 25 years and it is my mission to help ease pain and emotional distress. I specialize in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Positive Psychology and Grief Loss Recovery. I teach meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and breath work as well as traditional talk therapy.
