People are experiencing many challenges in the cyber age. Not only are they struggling to cope with traditional stressors such as family, friends, school, and career, but they feel sadder and lonelier than ever. My goal is to assist people with finding their voice, embracing their strengths, and for them to become empowered. I want to provide people with a safe, judgment-free space that allows them to explore their cultural, racial, economic, spiritual, and gender identities so that they may decide who they are for themselves.
I provide comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessments that utilize a multimodal approach to data gathering. This assists with not only identifying areas of concern but also highlighting domains of strengths to inform data-driven, scientifically based, and culturally sensitive interventions. I also provide counseling/psychotherapy.
