About

I definitely understand that reaching out for therapy can cause anxious uncertainty and emotional discomfort. If this is the case, I'm SO GLAD you are making this courageous decision. Regarding my personality and therapeutic style, you will notice this immediately: I am warm, genuine, personable, light-hearted, and easy to connect with. You will also notice I am passionate about understanding your unique life story, including the personal struggles for which you are seeking professional care. I desire to relate to you as an equal, whole person rather than someone who "has all the answers." In sessions with me, you will know I care.
Building a safe and trustworthy professional relationship is my top priority. From this essential foundation, therapy will vary depending on your personality and unique needs. There are times I just listen and give you space to process your experiences. And there are times I engage more with you, offering client-centered wisdom, guidance, and healing tools.
Spiritual and human growth are two passions of mine. I truly believe our struggles are bridges to self-growth and greater happiness, joy, and mind-body relationship. I have a background in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, and relaxation. I welcome integrating spirituality into therapy sessions, and I find value in all spiritual walks of life.
