I bring a combination of theological and psychologial disciplines to help you find your way. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and make use of family systems theory to map out the client's origin of their problems and chart a path to healing. Awareness, understanding of the self (mind, body, and spirit), and one's past, are keys to hope and new future.
I am a pastoral counselor because I have a calling to journey with people and help them carry their burdens. I've been doing this all my adult life.
