Many people take better care of their vehicles than we do themselves. If your vehicle starts showing signs of breaking down, you will find some help. But how many of us will ignore the warning signs of depression, anxiety, family conflict, addiction, or suicidal thoughts? If we could write our own scripts, none of us would deal with debt, death, infertility, miscarriages, grief, job loss, chronic pain, toxic stress, infidelity, PTSD, obsessive thoughts, or issues related to social media. But you can write a script for recovery! Just call me. I’ll journey with you. I’ll help you find your way back to a more whole, healthy, you.

I bring a combination of theological and psychologial disciplines to help you find your way. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and make use of family systems theory to map out the client's origin of their problems and chart a path to healing. Awareness, understanding of the self (mind, body, and spirit), and one's past, are keys to hope and new future.

I am a pastoral counselor because I have a calling to journey with people and help them carry their burdens. I've been doing this all my adult life.
