I approach therapy through relational, collaborative, and existential frameworks. I am drawn to working with stories and metaphors for the ways they may provide access to emotions and language to better understand who we are, what matters, and how we find - or rediscover - energy and comfort, particularly in the context of life transitions, grief, and loss.
I have a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families - offering therapy services that are affirming and welcoming to all.
