I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor contracted with Hope Counseling Centers. I work with men and women individually, teens, young adults and some couples. I especially seek to provide therapy for those who may be seeking a male therapist. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and more. I can provide some career counseling and am also open to working with various populations within my scope of practice and comfort level.
I utilize an individualized approach, person centered therapy first building a strong therapeutic relationship. I then integrate other theories/techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existentialism (meaning, purpose and responsibility), Mindfulness based techniques and more depending on the presenting problem.
I hope to help clients build resilience, find healing and hope so they can flourish in their lives.
