Having been in therapy myself since age 10, I understand what it is to be depressed, anxious, and traumatized in ways that drain the color out of life and replace future excitement with a sense of hopelessness. It's an agonizing way to live. I have found ways to restore my passion for life, and I am eager to help you do the same! I'm here to collaborate with you on your path to healing- call me! I specialize in EMDR and work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or addiction. I won’t impose my opinions on you and I’ll always be honest with you. My goal is to empower you to learn about yourself and find solutions that work for YOU. If you cannot afford my 1-hour $180 rate, I offer focused 30-minute sessions for $95.
With 6+ years of clinical experience, including work as a clinical Methadone counselor and work supporting college students through stressful life-transitions, I am confident in my ability to help a wide range of individuals with a large spectrum of mental health needs. I also draw on my own life experience to connect uniquely and genuinely with each of you.
