I have over 40 years experience as a psychotherapist. I'm a Licensed Psychologist in New York. Previously I worked as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in various private practices in Massachusetts. In the past, I was a credentialed addiction therapist (CASAC) for 16 years in the Upstate New York area.
I have a strong personal and professional belief in the human spirit, inner strength,and resilience. People can grow and transcend most any hurts with the right support from others and with developing a caring, self-accepting inner attitude which is an essential skill created in therapy.
