They come to me because recurring relationship patterns, anger, life transitions, or unresolved wounds are affecting their well-being and closest relationships. I combine warmth and collaboration with relational, trauma-informed, neuroscience-informed, and body-based approaches to help clients understand their patterns, regulate difficult emotions, heal what remains unresolved, and move toward greater freedom, connection, and meaning.
I specialize in helping adults and couples work through anxiety, trauma, anger, relationship distress, and major life transitions. My approach integrates attachment and relationship therapy, EMDR, parts work, neuroscience, and body-based practices. When desired, therapy can also include faith, spirituality, and questions of meaning.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to handling things on your own. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself.
