Kids know me as “Mr. John.” I help children, preteens, teens, and parents work through big emotions, anxiety, anger, mood changes, behavior challenges, school stress, and family conflict. Many families come to me when home has started to feel tense, unpredictable, or overwhelming — and parents are unsure what else to try.
I help adolescents, preteens, and children better understand feelings that may show up as anxiety, anger, withdrawal, mood changes, conflict, or behavior concerns. I also support parents with tools for connection and calmer routines through play therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, PCIT-informed strategies, CBT, and family-focused care.
