I use a simple and effective approach that integrates several types of psychotherapy and neuroscience to help address your symptoms as well as the underlying conditions that may be causing them. I will teach you new skills, techniques and mindsets that will help you relate better to yourself, others and the world around you.

If you're struggling or would like some assistance with feeling less of what you don't want and more of what you do, I may be able to help. Many of my clients have told me they wished they started therapy years ago. If doing the same thing has not been helpful, maybe trying something new might be.
