Insight promotes clients to access powerful strengths and wisdom and gradually turn new understandings into lasting growth and change.
My focus on insight prioritizes helping you reach new understandings that involve both your reasoning and your feelings. Emotionally focused efforts prioritize the expression and management of a range of feelings. Finally, relationally driven efforts recognize the power of community and connection and value a shift from isolation to intimacy.
