Our shame and guilt can make us to feel depressed and anxious and keep us from living to our fullest potential. If you relate to this, I would like the opportunity to help and empower you and/or your family to overcome these obstacles.
My experience and education have equipped me to help those struggling with relational or emotional stress. Several areas I have extensive experience include addiction and the impact of addiction on the family, couples and marital family therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma.
