Rather than approaching the concerns that bring you to therapy as errors in thought or maladjustments to be corrected, I strive to help open up a space for you to relate to yourself and others in new ways. Whether you experience negative relationship patterns, intrusive thoughts, self-defeating behaviors, or overwhelming feelings, I invite you to think of these not as something wrong, but as expressions of unrecognized thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are begging to be taken seriously. When we are finally able to give voice to what has never had the chance to be heard, change emerges.

In our work together, I will challenge you to listen to your thoughts, feelings, narratives, and desires differently. Together we will create a space for everything and anything to be spoken and listened to with care. This process can bring both relief and the possibility of new paths in life that are more aligned with what makes you singularly you.

In my practice, I have experience working with a wide range of people and concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity crises, personality disorders, and the impact of childhood trauma. I am committed to offering a space that is welcome to all identities without judgement or demand for justification.
