I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues in individual and couples counseling. I provide therapy to adults and young adults through a personalized approach tailored for each client. I work to provide insight into aspects of your life you might be struggling with, as well as homework and coping skills to continue our work outside of session. In therapy, a review of stressors, trauma, and relationships helps to give me context that informs treatment. We will work to build a alliance where we address what is and is not working each week, and confront issues head on.

We all struggle with life events, and in therapy we can work to confront difficult feelings and address them a bit better. I have been working in mental health for the past 7 years and have specialized in addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety. Treatment involves focusing on the root of negative patterns, and catching them before they can repeat again.

I work to individualize therapy for each client. I understand choosing a therapist is a difficult and important decision.
