I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and non-monogamous partners because I believe that addressing relationship issues through therapy can be transformative. Being able to relate better to your partner(s), communicate more effectively, and experience more enjoyable intimacy is something everybody deserves.
I work with my clients to help them navigate communication issues, sexual difficulties , compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual traumas and other related sexual disorders.
In couples therapy I utilize a sex-positive methodology, involving trauma-informed, psychoanalytic, CBT, and emotion focused therapy interventions.
In session we work to create a judgement-free space to discuss these topics and maintain a strict policy of privacy.
