My approach involves allowing clients to share their life challenges and struggles in a non-judgemental environment while uncovering insight into the nature of their experiences. I have a unique background working with difficult relational issues, divorce, depression and anxiety, blended families, dealing with disability challenges, and complex trauma.
I believe my clients have the capacity to imagine and create the satisfying, emotionally gratifying lives they desire. I work collaboratively with them to accomplish those goals.
