About
People often come to therapy when they're feeling distressed, stuck, or hopeless. My goal is to assist them in finding the way beyond these feelings.
I use a solution-focused approach with evidence-based treatments that help them improve and gain mastery over the issues that have led them to seek help. I assist the individual in learning techniques, identifying strengths, and using potential support in moving toward recovery.
I specialize in treating anxiety, especially panic disorder, generalized anxiety, and phobias. I also treat depression, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, addictions, grief, and relationship issues. I welcome the LGBTQ community.
