I have been in private practice for 23 years & clinical practice for 36 years. My clients are individuals, couples and older teens seeking personal growth from issues stemming from trauma, sex addiction and substance abuse. Those I treat are often also dealing with depression and anxiety, and I have extensive experience with law enforcement and PTSD and those healing from childhood trauma as well. I am level I certified in EMDR and incorporate multiple modalities into my work. I have considerable experience with those dealing with personality disorders within their family dynamics and relationships. Couples are a specialty.
My specialty is helping clients uncover the underlying trauma that keeps them from reaching their personal and relational goals. Working with couples has become a passion and helping them incorporate healing into better family functioning is my focus, including helping them identify addictions and building recovery skills. I also provide SUD Interventions.

Groups
Betrayal Bonding Intensive
Closed 8 week 2.5 hour group sessions consisting of education and experiential group process designed for those who have experienced abusive/exploitive relationships, trauma bonding or narcissistic abuse. Co-facilitated with another therapist, the group strives to increase resilience and self-forgiveness, reduce shame and increase skills in navigating drama, chaos and exploitation in participant's life. Learning to discover areas of vulnerability related to betrayal and manipulation are focused on to help address toxic stress and utilize new paradigms.
