I rejoice in helping individuals, couples and families bring greater meaning and satisfaction to their lives.
For over 30 years I have been helping adult individuals and couples improve their well-being through care, insight and encouragement, in removing obstacles to personal growth and obtaining healing. I have training in the integration of spirituality and psychotherapy which a client may choose to make part of therapy or not. Non-judgmental and open to all.
