I believe that everyone deserves access to the benefits of optimal mental health. I take an integrative approach to therapy strongly grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My role it to help you discover what matters most to you and unravel patterns that are keeping you from taking steps towards becoming more of the person you want to become. Working with me is a collaboration, you are the expert in yourself. I will adapt and customize therapy to your needs. I can offer supportive guidance or gentle challenge. Therapy with me feels like a caring safe space to be truly yourself without judgment.
