As an educational consultant, my focus includes helping parents navigate special education, resolving problems with a child's IEP and developing effective school interventions through consultation. I have experience working in early childhood, school and clinical settings providing a range of services to children with developmental, learning and behavioral needs. Efshar אפשר means possible, and my approach at Efshar consulting is rooted in the belief that growth is possible for all children. My work is informed by educational research and the experiences I gained as a teacher, special education consultant, and school psychologist.
Educational consultation is designed around your priorities whether focused on questions about child development or school placement to advocating for specific services or programs. My expertise includes special education consulting, resolving differences between parents and schools, developing inclusive early childhood programs and international projects.
I have experience collaborating with government and non-government organizations in developing policy initiatives, developmental services and training. I also maintain Maryland Educator certification as a school psychologist and am available to provide school-based psychological services in the State of Maryland to public and private education programs.
