I am a growth-oriented, client-centered relationship, intimacy, and sex therapist committed to helping my clients experience liberation from internalized shame, anxiety, unmet wants/needs, and other obstacles that have held them back from being their most expressive, free, authentic selves. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives, and yet all of us can benefit from outside perspectives. I bring a non-judgmental, body-positive, pleasure-affirming stance to the therapy room. I a lifelong learner and have degrees from Yale University and Dartmouth College, and Antioch University (including a Certificate in Sex Therapy). I have 15 years of therapy-adjacent professional experience providing coaching and relational support to a diverse clientele.
