Hi there! I’m an individual and couples therapist who takes a depth psychology approach. This means I help my clients dive beneath the surface to uncover the hidden roots of their pain and desires, moving beyond surface-level or moralistic understandings of their struggles.
I often work with men navigating challenges like low confidence, the stress of being a provider, low sex drive, porn use, comparison, making sense of betrayal and its aftermath, or navigating career and relational transitions.
With couples, I help partners work through resentment, disconnection, sexual issues, and mistrust from emotional or sexual affairs.
Other areas I specialize in include cultural and intergenerational dynamics, spiritual conflicts, childhood and relational trauma, premarital counseling, and Asian and Latino mental health. In all of the work I do with clients, the underlying theme is restoring the dignity that has been lost throughout the years due to trauma and destructive choices.
As a Christian with experience working in ministry, I understand the intersection of faith, culture, and mental health.
