Counseling gives you the freedom to explore who you are without judgment or criticism and to start to understand yourself on a deeper more compassionate level.

Emotionally Focused Couples therapy is not just helping you and your partner communicate better or negotiate more efficiently. EFT asks the question, "if I turn to my partner in distress will they be there for me?" feeling safe and secure with your partner is the number one goal.
