Life can sometimes be challenging; it is filled with ups and downs. It takes a strong person to ask for help when faced with the challenges life may bring. It is important for you to know that you do not have to go through these challenges alone. As a therapist, I believe that you are the expert on your life. Through guided discovery, my goal is to collaboratively work with you to help you process and work through the issues that are present in your life.
Many times our behaviors are rooted in flawed thinking. My job is to help you identify unhealthy thought patterns and help you to restructure your cognitive thought process so that you can be the best you. I will meet you where you are at, and we will work at the most comfortable pace for you.
I am fluid in my approach and will use an integrative style tailor-made to meet your specific needs. I provide a caring, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you are free to be completely yourself. When requested, I have a faith-based background and will integrate spiritual principles into my work.
