I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) who is passionate about supporting my clients through challenges and adversity. I believe we can all overcome, grow, and heal to experience joy and well-being in our lives. We will work together to create a treatment plan based on your goals and priorities. Our first session will be always include empathy and support. The therapeutic alliance between clinician and client is extremely important to me. Clients will be commended for taking the courageous step of seeking mental health services that can lead to positive change, joy, and well-being.
I work with clients who have anger issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma (PTSD). Acceptance and change can be difficult to navigate; my goal is to provide clients with psychoeducation that will allow them to live in the present. I focus on providing skills to improve communication, emotional regulation, and overcome current & future stressors.
I provide an environment where clients feel safe and supported. My approach is client centered. I will meet you where you are with empathy, open-mindedness, positive regard, and without judgment. I believe we all have our unique experiences.
