I am a clinical and sports psychologist, and former international tennis professional. In practice since 1999, I help athletes and teams with mental training (focus, confidence, goals, motivation, resilience etc.) and people in general with any psychological issues (depression, anxiety, relationships etc.). Few sports psychologists are also legitimate licensed psychologists, so the client gets one-stop shopping to win more and have more success in sports or business, and to have greater well-being and life satisfaction. Many clients are golfers, tennis players, and show jumpers, and parents love this for their children.
As a clinical psychologist, I handle mental or psychological issues.
