I work with individuals with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and mental health difficulties, while also treating the family. I believe that addiction is a family illness so I treat all who may be affected. Through formal Intervention and Case Management practices I enable separation from substances through appropriate treatment and ensure your continued success and that of your family by formulating long term continuing recovery plans and being present to facilitate engagement in those plans. Our interactions, building of trust and shared enjoyment in the growth of the family bond will make all of your goals attainable.
I am a Certified Case Manager and Interventionist. I will orchestrate a formal intervention, involving in the process those closest and most influential to the patient/client. I present treatment options that fit the needs of the patient and the family. I assure effective treatment for all post-treatment by creating a Recovery Management Plan.
I am passionate about helping all who are touched by addiction and mental health complications and I draw my greatest joy out of seeing an individual overcome addiction, helping the family heal the wounds caused by it, and ensuring continued success through ongoing work with all involved.
