I specialize in the treatment of adults, late teens and couples. In treatment we
are going to utilize EFT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based therapies
and Gottman Therapy, along with other alphabet soup modalities. My office
provides a comforting safe space, where you can come in and share whatever
you are facing.
Trust me…you don’t have to hide your feelings when you come in. Human
civilization has been around for 6,000 years (I had to Google that), so
someone has felt the same way.
We are going to work together, find solutions to problems, and have a few laughs along the way. Laughter can be a helpful aspect of therapy. There's nothing wrong with having some humor in therapy. Now that this is all out of the way, let's get to work.
