I use an eclectic approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Strategies. I have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have worked with clients on a range of Trauma related issues. I also use solution focused strategies and Rogerian strategies in therapy.
