I treat anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, post-traumatic stress, and OCD. Understanding your unhealthy core beliefs, underlying assumptions, and coping strategies is the first step toward change.
I have been a therapist for 20+ years. My primary role is a director of one of Nevada's largest mental health providers for the past 10 years, but I am passionate about working as a psychotherapist. I only offer appointments on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8am, 9am, and 10am. I maintain a small caseload to ensure I can see my clients as needed.
