I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, dissociation, identity struggles, and the emotional toll of survival mode. Many come to therapy feeling fragmented, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are—longing for stability, clarity, and self-trust. My approach is grounding, collaborative, and paced to meet your readiness. Drawing from EMDR, DBT-informed skills, and a person-centered lens, I help clients reclaim safety, agency, and connection to their whole self. All parts of you are welcome here.
My clinical foundation was built in crisis care, preceded by three years in wilderness therapy supporting youth through transformational, emotional journeys. These experiences shaped my belief that healing isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about safety, understanding internal systems, and reconnecting with a sense of wholeness.
