Bio Video on my website....The therapy work I do is very intentional. I do not aim to waste your time or money. You need robust therapy, and that is what I provide. I help my clients overcome generational trauma and shame, addiction, grief and loss, attachment wounds, and marital conflict. I strive to give my clients all of my knowledge and heart so they experience a deep sense of understanding and freedom.
I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Trauma Therapist (CTT), and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist candidate (CPTTc). I use Brainspotting, EMDR, and IFS (Internal Family Systems or “parts” work) in my practice with clients. I love doing multi-day intensive with clients and find this model to be extremely effective.
I'm a former Capstone Treatment Center therapist where I walked alongside young men and their families as they navigated all types of life altering trauma and attachment wounds. Outside of therapy, I spend most of my time with my lovely wife and our two sons. I find immense joy in doing therapy! Therapy saved my life, and it can yours, too.
