I like to consider myself a therapeutic guide for my clients. Through a variety of therapeutic techniques we will go on a journey wherein my clients will learn about themselves. Throughout this journey we will confront obstacles, overcome anxieties, conquer fears and face down issues that are everything from minor struggles to major life issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions so as never to be a "one size fits all" therapist. Every man, woman and child comes to therapy seeking inner peace, stability or just a safe space to talk. I like to think I can be that safe space for all of my clients.
I offer a variety of therapeutic interventions from CBT, EMDR, REBT, DBT to Solution Focused, Gestalt and others. Therapy is not a one-size fits all method of caring for clients. Each client is evaluated on an individual basis and with the clients direct participation a treatment plan and intervention type is agreed upon for us to move forward.
Please know that I meet my clients wherever they are in their current life. I am not here to judge or critique. I am here to listen, to guide and to allow my clients to follow their path to stability and serenity. For some that path may be short and easy to navigate. While for others it may be a journey that will take some time...but we will get there.
