The bad news: anxiety and depression are all around us and why wouldn't it be? Troubling news on the television, relationships in disarray, pain and suffering everywhere! Anxiety and depression keeps us from living the life we desire, from doing the things we want, and from interacting with others in a healthy manner. It frustrates us and makes us irritable. The good news: through changing our thoughts and utilizing solution based therapies, we can attack and overcome our feelings of anxiety and depression. I would love to come along side you and work together with you to help you create the healthy you that you want to be.
Having four sisters, I was raised around relationships. My own parents, although not divorced, had a very dysfunctional relationship at times. Through my experiences within those relationships, I have developed a heart for helping others who are hurting and struggling with relationships. I am solution focused and desire to help you find solutions in yours.
If you are struggling with relationships, whether with someone else or with yourself, I want to be a catatlyst for change with you. I want to come alongside you and help you develop a plan centered around your strengths to help you be healthy within those relationships.
