I seek to accept the whole person and believe that everyone acts in a way to get their needs met. Maybe the ways that have worked for you in the past need a little tweaking or updating, and that's where I come in!
My therapeutic approach combines a variety of modalities, including CBT, MI, and ESFT, all approaches that can help resolve conflict and improve emotional regulation. My main focus however, is not modalities but YOU. I want to assist you in gaining a greater understanding of yourself, your life and the patterns of behavior that make up your everyday living.
