I have been in practice for over 40 years. I enjoy getting to know my patients and deem it a great privilege to hold their concerns in my heart and offer engaged problem solving. I am eclectic in therapy style using relationship to help patients cope and hopefully resolve presenting issues.
I spent nearly 30 years running a support group for parents who have had a child die. I learned much by sitting and listening to those hurting souls. I was widowed in 2013 and walked in reality some of the things that were previously only "theory."
I believe my years of experience has seasoned me with the gift of peaceful walking with others in their mental health journey
