I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals and groups. It is important to me to understand what seems to be holding you back from happiness and your true potential. At times we find ourselves frustrated with our lives or our direction; which can lead to anxiety, adjustment difficulties, loneliness, isolation, poor performance (in work, relationships, athletics, etc.), unneeded challenges in relationships, and sometimes just plain disappointment. It becomes our goal, together, to work through the challenges and difficulties and help you return to the happiest time in your life.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and groups. Throughout my work, I have enjoyed witnessing my clientele overcome anxiety, adjustment issues, fears, depression, loss and guilt, panic, and relationship issues. It is always very rewarding to watch as my clients become more fulfilled and improve their performance over time.
