I also offer virtual sessions for anyone outside of the Salem area across the state of Oregon. My goal is to connect with clients at their current emotional state, offering empathy and compassion, while simultaneously offering motivation and support. You are the one that knows you best, and I strive to help you learn how to best engage with the self and utilize that knowledge. I aspire to help individuals learn to identify emotional and behavioral patterns that may be hindering a fulfilling life.
I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adjustment Therapy. I have a specific focus on Adjustment Therapy for Individuals with a new or existing disability.
