With 30+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and clinical experience, I offer a direct, respectful approach at Man Talk Trauma & Couples Therapy in Roseville.
As a combat veteran and retired law enforcement officer, I offer practical, trauma-informed therapy for men, couples, and high-stress lives. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Brainspotting, along with straightforward, skills-based approaches, to help you work through trauma, improve relationships, and create lasting change.
