Counseling can help a person find the support they need and discover the skills for empowerment and healing. I specialize in attachment and trauma-related issues in both children and adults.
I am trained in EMDR Therapy and other trauma-informed interventions such as, Restoration Therapy and mindfulness. These can help the brain form new and more positive pathways, which can lead to increased self-regulation, calmer responses to stress, and greater authenticity in relationships. I also specialize in counseling men and adoptive families.
