I work at the intersection of relationships and trauma. Your relationships are influenced by past experiences, often making you feel uncertain about your past and future. Let me help guide you into healing the wounds from your past as well as the relationships in your present. If you feel disconnected from yourself and others, I want to help you build the bridge.
I work with EMDR, a proven method for reprocessing traumatic experiences, and Restoration Therapy, a relational model for healing relationships caught in destructive patterns. I offer individual and couples therapy, and have spent 4 years working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, particularly ADHD and ASD.
