Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed out? Frustrated with a close relationship? I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in stress and anxiety. I work with individuals and couples. I have a health psychology background and have helped many clients with chronic pain/illness, as well as making behavior changes such as weight loss, exercise, quitting smoking, & preparing for bariatric surgery.
I will meet you where you are. My approach combines mindfulness, acceptance, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My greatest strength is being genuine and helping you feel seen and understood. We will work together to identify unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, to process difficult situations in your life, and to improve your own self-care.
Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile! It can be difficult to ask for help and sometimes just a session or two with a skilled therapist is all you need to get unstuck.
Please reach out by phone or email to schedule an appointment, or go to Vagaro and book online by searching for The Gardiner Center for Stress Management.
