My practice focuses on helping to heal hurting hearts, minds, and spirits. I also believe we all are given powerful gifts and abilities to fulfull our purpose in life. Likewise there are times of struggle finding and following our highest and best purpose. I am here to help and journey with you on your path to becoming the most whole, healthy, happy, person you have the capacity to be.
My years of practice have focused primarily on issues related to mood disorders ( depression, anxiety, and bipolar,) anxiety, physical and emotional abuse recovery, marriage and family empowerment, LGTB issues, addiction recovery, and grief and loss counseling.
I am clergy and always willing to use a person's faith/spirituality as a strengths basis for counsleing but do not inflict faith/spirituality on anyone.
