I use a type of therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy that is more of an experiential type than one that uses worksheets or assignments outside the session.
My client is your relationship. I strive to ensure partner's do not feel singled out and left to feel like they are the problem in the relationship. I believe most challenges in relationship contain a shared responsibility and my job is to identify those areas and help each of you to reach for one another in a clearer way.
