I believe that meaningful therapy is possible when you feel deeply heard, understood, and appreciated while you are experiencing challenges that may seem overwhelming. Your unique story is important to me and we can work together to try and make sense of it. I take time to listen and learn what is most helpful for your growth and well-being. I will help you learn new and practical tools while also honoring the wisdom you already have. My hope is to help you identify your strengths and appreciate yourself just as you are. Some of my specialties include grief, anxiety, depression, relationship Issues, self-esteem and helping you create balance in your life.
I use a Mindfulness approach to help clients learn to be present and open to their current circumstances. I have helped people move through difficult transitions, various challenges, and significant losses while also exploring what provides meaning and a sense of purpose in their lives. I stay present, provide hope, and work with compassion.
